We are a mobile caterer and street food stall serving a 100% vegan, culinary fusion inspired by the colourful and flavoursome dishes of Mexico & South Western USA.
We are a small independent company run by husband and wife team, Marc and Sarah.
Sarah has been vegetarian from a young age and became vegan around 4 years ago.
Marc became vegan around 2 years ago which re-ignited his interest in food which was instilled by his mum (June) during his pre-teen and teenage years.
Together they love creating great dishes and hearing wonderful feedback from people who have enjoyed it!
